We are pleased to inform you that the Special Report included in the Report 2012 of the Public Defender of Georgia

www.empathy.ge The special report “Georgian Prison Healthcare System and mechanisms for the prohibition of torture” (year 2012) was prepared by the RCT/EMPATHY’s experts, among them NPM experts and submitted to the Public Defender of Georgia in the end of March, 2013.

In October, 2012 according to the European Court of Human Right’s Decision two cases were won by the RCT/EMPATHY.
